180: The 6 month mark!

I swear I blinked and six months went by! How crazy is that? We are moving right along and having a great time with it. Granted, we've had some set backs, which involve a band changing their mind on us and an extremely rude caterer (don't worry, they weren't worth it), but it's all been fun!

Yesterday was 6 months to the day until we get married and we had an engagement session with our photographer around Milford. It was so much fun and I'm really glad Bryan agreed to it (I know, MORE pictures...!). I really like our photographer! She is easy to get along with and tons of fun and creative. She also listens to us, which I'm finding is not an easy characteristic to come by in the wedding industry. We'll be posting some of those in a couple weeks, so keep your eyes peeled!

Today, we hired our caterer! Hilver's Catering will be doing our wedding reception dinner and they are very excited about it. It's going to be a barbecue menu with plenty of options for everyone.

This weekend, we are going to look at another band, so keep your fingers crossed for us! And my to-do list is topped with the search for a cake maker. Once we get all of these big details out of the way, then it will be a bit more relaxing as we coast to the finish line.

I'm looking forward to Thanksgiving weekend as well since we'll be going home to see my family. Mom, Melyssa, and I will be on the hunt for some bargains! Yay! I definitely can't wait!
