Our last full day in London started off early with a walk to our favorite neighborhood breakfast spot Dan & Decarlo (which still seems to be open as of 2026!). After that we headed to the tube towards the city. After the previous day’s travels, we slept in until 9am to ease our way out of the flat by 10am. This time, it was on the tube to head to Oxford Circus. We started the day with a walk to and through the Handel and Hendrix Museum. While this was not my cup of tea completely, the information was interesting and the house was pretty neat. Bryan enjoyed the history and we got some great photos!

Guess what Wednesday was?! PARIS!!!! Je suis enthousiaste! I, for one, was very excited to get to France and check out Paris. So excited, in fact, that it was a breeze to wake up at 3am London time to get ready and out the door by 4am! Of course, it was a bit of a run-around to get there in time because it was too early for a tube. After jumping on the tube at East Finchley to Leicester Square (that's not pronounced how it looks, btw, so look it up and you'll be surprised!), we hopped over to the Piccadilly in order to get to Hyde Park. Stepping out from the Hyde Park stop was just gorgeous! A quick walk through the park provided many photo opportunities, but Continental Avenue was just spectacular...even if we did walk down the bike path instead of the walking path like we were supposed to...that's rig
